Please join together in commemorating a truly historic milestone — the 250th anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America! To mark this once-in-a-lifetime celebration, we are thrilled to invite you to the Third Annual Liberty Dinner featuring Major Travis Kirkland, a proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and Globe-Miami son, and elite Air Force fighter pilot. Major Kirkland is trained in both the A-10 and the state-of-the-art F-35 fighter jets.

Honor Quilts Ceremony 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Open to the public.
Honoring 17 Veterans with a special quilt presentation.
Liberty Dinner Event
Doors Open: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM for meet and greet. Visit with our local veterans (Bar available for alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks)
Silent Auction and Door Prizes: 4:00 PM-6:00 PM Must be present to win
Menu: Catered by Taqueria La Familia

Entry Fees
Parade Entry: $10 Prize money awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners
- Chili Cook-Off Entry: $10 Prizes are bragging rights, a winner’s certificate and gift certificates to one of our local restaurants.
- Salsa Contest Entry: $5 Gift certificates awarded to the top three winners
